This wonderful, spacious detached barn has been skilfully converted, with plentiful original beams and high vaulted ceilings, creating a roomy open-plan living area. The holiday property is set in 65 acres of the owner’s farmhouse and grounds with livestock and from where numerous scenic walks abound. The lovely village of Ockham lies in a conservation area and has a wonderful Grade I listed church. East Horsley (1 mile) has shops, pub and restaurant as well as trains to London Waterloo. Spacious living/dining room with gas ‘wood burner’, French doors and tiled floor, open-plan with well-equipped kitchen with gas/electric range cooker and tiled floor. Three steps down to games room leading to shower room with toilet. Utility. First floor: Double bedroom with additional Z-bed (for +1 child). Twin bedroom. Bathroom with roll-top bath, bidet and toilet.
