Located in the historic old town of Portsmouth where Sir Walter Raleigh once docked, this Grade II listed holiday property has been carefully restored, yet still retains many features. One of a pair, it is set down a small cobbled lane, and only a stone’s throw from various restaurants, pubs, tearooms and water’s edge. Also close by are Gunwharf Quays – a leisure/cinema/shopping complex with waterside dining, making the perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the nautical scenery. The naval museum, historic dock yards and the Marie Rose are all only a short walk. Other places of interest include Chichester, Southampton and The New Forest. Shop 500 yards, pub 100 yards. Small children’s room with single futon bed (alternative sleeping only). Double bedroom. Bunk bedroom. Shower room with toilet. First floor: Open-plan living/dining room with fitted kitchen area, gas fire, high ceilings and exposed brick walls. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower attachment and toilet.
