Set beside one of a number of fishing lakes it lies only 8 miles from the pretty harbour town of Aberaeron – boat rides a good leisure centre fishing trips and fabulous sandy beaches including Poppit Sands Cwmtydu with its seals and Llangrannog’s surf are easily accessible. Walks along the coastal path afford sightings of dolphins seals red kites and buzzards and the spectacular Cambrian mountains are close by. Riding water sports karting cycling and paintballing are all nearby. Shops and pubs in Lampeter 8 miles. Spacious beamed open plan sitting/dining room with wood burner. Kitchen with breakfast area.
