Royal Tunbridge Wells is 7 miles, Groombridge Place Gardens and the Enchanted Forest 5 miles and the Bluebell Railway 7 miles. Easy access to London by train (about an hour). Riding, rock climbing and golf locally. Motorbikes are welcome. Shop and pub 1 mile.
