Nestling in 40 acres of valley farmland overlooked by oak forest these three romantic properties each boasting their own hot tub offer the perfect year round setting in which to relax and unwind. Shared with the owners and another holiday cottage the grounds are home to wildlife ponds and a small river for fun fishing. Sandy beaches (N. T. beaches are about 10 miles) dolphin and seal watching trips a steam railway and a host of attractions are a short drive. Shops white water canoeing and fishing can be found in Llandysul (2 miles) whilst a village shop/P.O. and a pub serving food lie at the end of the farm track. Fishing on the River Teifi can be arranged (at extra charge).
Open plan sitting room with gas fire and modern fitted kitchen/dining room. Double bedroom with four poster bed and compact ensuite W.C. and wash basin. Bunk bedded room with 5' bed and 3' top bunk over (for + 1). Shower room/W.C.
