Originally built around 1860, but was demolished during the hurricane of 1987 and rebuilt in 1989, (retaining many original beams) the holiday property stands detached in 2½ acres of the owner’s land, with an area of natural garden for guests’ sole use. The coast is within 3 miles and Rye is 7 miles away. Shops 3 miles, pub 1 mile. Tiled entrance hall leading to living room with full-size snooker table, French door to patio/garden, and well-equipped kitchen/dining room with door to patio/garden. Twin (zip & link) bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet with tiled floor. First floor: Galleried landing area. Double bedroom (5ft) with two additional single separated by drapes (each for +1) and en-suite bathroom with over-bath shower, toilet and tiled floor.
