Shop 2½ miles more extensive shopping in Monmouth 8 miles.

"The owners could not have done more to make us welcome. Knowing that we were to arrive in the dark they rang us en route and were there to meet us in the village to guide us the last half mile of the way - up the hill to the cottage.
