This stylishly appointed property boasts a wonderful location for exploring the many attractions of the picturesque South Hams. Set adjoining the owners' home it lies 3½ miles from Totnes – a thriving market town offering trips up the River Dart. Dartmouth's bustling waterfront great shops and restaurants as well as the sailing resort of Salcombe and the magnificent sandy beaches at Blackpool Sands are within easy driving distance as are Buckfast Abbey Dartington Hall and Saltram House (N.T.). Dartmoor National Park's rugged grandeur and quaint villages are a little further afield. Riding golf and sailing are available locally. Pub serving food and shops 2 miles.

"The accommodation was extremely clean & ideal for 2 people. The hosts were very warm & welcoming & could not do enough to help. There were plenty of places to visit in the area & our hosts were always willing to suggest places we might not have known of."

"The cottage was beautiful Mike and Gerry went out of their way to make us welcome nothing was too much trouble to them they had plenty of information to give us and advised us on places to visit (we're National Trust members) and we received a warm welcome and asked about our day each night we returned. The cottage itself is ideally situated about 20 minutes to half an hour to all the local places of interest a couple of minutes to get onto the motorway. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone wishing to tour Devon."
