Polgew Apartment provides an opportunity to stay in a property that looks out directly towards St Michaels Mount and Mounts Bay to Newlyn and Mousehole. This ground floor holiday apartment, below the owner’s home and at the same location as Polgew Studio (TAS), is spacious and offers amazing sea views. Enjoy watching boats go by and kite surfers from the award-winning garden, or take the 3-4-minute walk to the long sandy beach. Marazion has art galleries and pasty shop; a cream tea can be enjoyed from the hotel overlooking the superb castle on the mount. Further afield is the maritime town of Penzance or Newlyn with art gallery, fresh fish shop. Shops 300 yards, pub ¼ mile. Gradual path with six spaced steps to entrance. Spacious living/dining room with doors to garden, sea views and well-equipped kitchen area. Double bedroom with en-suite shower room with double shower and toilet.
