A wealth of delights lie within easy reach including historic Chatham Dockyard Fort Amhurst Dicken's World Old Brook Pumping Station and trips by paddle steamer to Kingswear Castle. Less than 2 miles away Rochester boasts its own places of historic interest including a famous castle whilst the Isle of Sheppey and Blue FLag beaches are a little further afield. Restaurants a pub and shop are just ¼ mile walk across the bridge.
