Bicycles can be delivered to the cottage the Tarka Trail is on the doorstep and the Granite Way is only 5 miles distant. Okehampton (3 miles) has cinema golf indoor swimming pool leisure centre and cycle path and nearby the villages of Drewsteignton Widecombe and Dartmeet all boast quaint pubs. Bude's fine beaches the city of Exeter Castle Drogo and Exmouth's two miles of golden sands and superb water sports are within easy reach. Shop and pub serving food 1½ miles.
