Amidst the beautiful South Downs with the famous South Downs Way on the doorstep this delightful and most attractively furnished cottage will surely appeal to walking and cycling enthusiasts. Set adjoining the owners' home a short stroll from tea rooms and a good restaurant it lies near Friston Forest and 5 miles from the sandy beach at Cuckmere Haven. Eastbourne (8 miles) Glyndebourne Herstmonceux Castle Battle Abbey and Beachy Head Countryside Centre are all easily accessible. Shop 2¼ miles pub 100 yards.
Very comfortable sitting room with wood burning stove sofa bed (for + 2) and dining area. Well equipped galley kitchen. Double bedroom with sleigh bed. Lovely bathroom/W.C. with jacuzzi bath (shower over).
