This detached, renovated holiday cottage, set in 2½ acres of the owner’s gardens and fields, adjoins open moorland in a peaceful village setting on the south east edge of Bodmin Moor. Walk or mountain bike directly from the cottage on to the moor. Close to Liskeard and Callington, with the cliffs and beaches of both north and south coasts within driving distance. Shops and pubs ½ mile. Large, beamed living/dining room with wood-burning stove. Step to large, beamed kitchen. Breakfast room. Utility. Study with piano and French doors. Bathroom with shower over ½ bath and toilet. First floor: Two double bedrooms, each with 5ft bed, one with French doors and en-suite shower room with bidet and toilet. Twin bedroom.
