Perfect for larger groups it boasts a smart modern exceptionally spacious and luxurious interior half an acre of garden and access to free fishing – all within 8 miles of both Alton Towers and the cycle trails of the Manifold Valley. Also about 8 miles away the Potteries offer a wealth of attractions including china factory tours craft areas shops and museums as well as the Waterworld swimming pool indoor skiing and bowling. Within 4 miles a steam railway provides scenic trips whilst more energetic visitors can enjoy paintball games or wonderful walking in the Churnet Valley. The great houses of Shugborough Hall Little Moreton Hall and Chatsworth all lie within easy reach and golf and riding are available nearby. There is a dining pub and restaurant in Cellar head (1 mile) and the nearest shop is 1½ miles whilst more extensive shopping is 4 miles.

"The house beds 10 (plus cot etc)... and there was definitely enough room for us all. We were losing each other in the cottage there was that much room. We had 4 children aged 10-12 who were occupied all the time within the cottage (games room board games & playstation 2 provided etc) and out and about (Alton Towers Trentham Estate etc). It would take 5 mins minimum by car to a shop pub pharmacy etc but there was everything around! Such a great place for a large family holiday. Thank You!"
