With its wonderful oak beamed interior and pretty furnishings it offers delightful very comfortable accommodation. Just 3 miles from the bustling market town of Ashbourne it is perfectly placed to explore the Peak District and the Staffordshire moorlands. Alton Towers and Dovedale within 5 miles Chatsworth and Haddon Hall 15 miles. Potteries 15 miles open all year. Pub 1½ miles and shop 3 miles.

"This is a really comfortable and functional cottage in a lovely location close to lots of great walks. The garden is great for dogs and also relaxing in (although anyone with a dog that jumps should beware the low wall on one side). We were lucky to have good weather but were encouraged to see loads of heating facilities provided by the owners which would hopefully ensure it is cosy whatever the weather. "
