Tucked away in a sleepy hamlet, this detached, Grade II listed character cottage dates back to 1740 and enjoys far reaching views over the fields to the moors beyond. Tastefully converted from an old joiner’s shop, it enjoys a wealth of charm and character making it a lovely holiday home from which to explore the Yorkshire Dales. The renowned beauty spot Bolton Abbey is a 10-minute drive and offers picturesque walking by the River Wharfe, also ideal for picnicking. Ilkley is also a 5-minute drive, with a wide range of individual shops, restaurants and bars which cater from high end fashion and gourmet food to every day requirements and pub lunches. Alternatively, park the car and walk direct from the door or sit on the south-facing patio and drink in the view. Shops and pub ½ mile. Living room, French doors.
