This welcoming 350 year old beamed cottage oozes character and charm with contemporary comfort boasting a pretty and enclosed garden where a hot tub enjoys fine views over the surrounding countryside. Superb walking to Cropton Forest and Rosedale starts at the door and a good dining pub is just 200 yards away. Glorious scenic journeys on the North York Moors steam railway to the coast at Whitby start from Pickering (2½ miles) also home to good shopping and Flamingo Land theme park whilst the myriad attractions of York Scarborough and Robin Hood's Bay are all within a 25 mile drive.

"We had a fabulous stay at this cottage. It is very well equipped and has a very homely feel to it. The village of Wrelton is well placed to visit all attractions in the area and the owner is very welcoming - a cream tea on arrival what a way to start your holiday! The pub in the village is very friendly and the food served there is very good. The hot tub is an added bonus and very welcome after a tiring day sight seeing. We hope to be back!"
