The property is in the tiny village of Ferniegair on the outskirts of Hamilton and the village has its own railway station with links to Edinburgh and Glasgow. The apartment is one of four in a block but has its own rear entrance and is totally self contained. It is traditional in its style, bright, spacious and well appointed. The master ensuite bedroom is accessed by spiral staircase from hallway. There is private parking to the rear of the building. The bustling town of Hamilton, famous for its racecourse, is 20 minutes away and has good facilities and a selection of pubs, eateries and coffee shops. Chatelherault Train Station 5 minutes walk with frequent trains to Glasgow. The beautiful river walks of the scenic Clyde Valley, the spectacular 'Falls of Clyde' and New Lanark World Heritage Village are all easily accessible. Day trips are possible to Edinburgh, Glasgow, the Scottish Borders, Stirling or the Trossachs. 1 double bedroom with ensuite double shower, 1 twin bedroom, large dinning/kitchen, dining room, spacious lounge with pull down sofa bed, sunny bathroom.
