Superbly situated in an almost unique position in a well-maintained peaceful 50 acre estate on the banks of Loch Ness, these properties sit amongst the spectacular scenery of the Great Glen and have lovely views over this mystic stretch of water. Paths lead through the wooded estate to a pond with island and summer house, then onwards to the loch where guests can explore the shore line and fish in the waters. A boat can be hired with 2 salmon rods from Easter to the last Sat in September. Invermoriston village is 1/2 mile away with a local shop and an excellent inn while Inverness with all major facilities including an international airport is less than an hour's drive along the beautiful lochside road. This is the ideal base to tour the Highlands and West Coast with many places of historic and scenic interest within easy reach and there is a wealth of outdoor activities available including climbing, hill-walking, sailing, water-sports, golf, cycling and winter sports at nearby Nevis Range. There are cruises on the loch and at any time of year Loch Ness can provide a relaxing or activity holiday.

On an elevated site with grassy surroundings and adjacent to Farmburn Cottage, this is a lovely cosy little home from home.
