This superb property boasts its own beautiful indoor heated swimming pool and a large enclosed garden. Spacious and very comfortable with stylish modern furnishings it enjoys lovely country views to the Yorkshire Wolds and provides an excellent base for exploring the many delights of the Yorkshire Moors and coast. Just 4 miles away are the sands of Cayton Bay Filey is 6 miles and Scarborough's traditional seaside activities sea life centre flume pool and renowned theatre are only 8 miles. The picturesque town of Whitby and old fishing village of Robin Hood's Bay lie 20 miles up the coast whilst inland the great houses of Castle Howard Sledmere and Burton Agnes and Rievaulx Abbey are within easy reach as are Flamingo Land Theme Park Eden Camp and the North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway with its scenic journey over the 'Heartbeat' moorlands. York's myriad attractions are 40 miles. Quad bike trekking riding and golf can be found nearby and fishing locally. Pub/restaurant 200 yards shop 1 mile.

"The cottage is lovely and three generations fully enjoyed the stay. The pool was the highlight of the holiday for the children and we couldn't get them out. The cottage is very central and there is so many things close by so everyone got something out of the holiday."

"Wow what a place 5 bedrooms and your own pool to use at anytime of day or night (nicely heated). A very relaxing break with everything you need in the accommodation and a fantastic cheap pub up the road which serves excellent food - this place is great. We were a family of 4 including two kids aged 6 + 10 and two grandparents and it suited us fine. "
