In a tranquil rural setting overlooking a lily pond where dragonflies hover this charming little stable conversion has a pretty terrace and a beamed interior. Within walking distance of the village inn it is just 30 minutes drive from the elegant coastal town of Southwold. Lovely local walks and cycling through 'The Saints' an area untouched by the 21st century rich in open commons churches and pretty villages. Halesworth and shops 4 miles.
Open plan sitting/dining room with electric 'wood burner effect' fire and fitted kitchen area. First floor: Twin bedded room. Double bedroom with low beam to entrance and TV/DVD. Cloakroom/W.C. Shower room.
