In a lovely secluded valley with three coarse fishing lakes yet within easy reach of good roads these three cottages enjoy shared use of an indoor heated pool and 40 acres of farmland in which to roam. The owners live adjacent and there are shared gardens a play area and a games barn with darts pool table and table tennis. Sandy beaches are 10 minutes’ drive and Snowdonia and Lake Bala are easily accessible as is Chester. Llangollen canal with its famous Aqueduct is 22 miles Llandudno’s shops and attractions are 32 miles Conwy’s majestic castle 30 miles. Shops pubs and restaurants are under 1 mile. Open plan sitting/dining room with patio doors to garden and countryside views leading to kitchen area with modern units. Double bedroom. Bathroom/WC (shower over bath). Easy stairs to room with low sloping ceilings and twin beds (for + 2 children).
