Nestling down a country lane – an ideal location for walkers and cyclists – this cleverly converted loft apartment (top window pictured) offers a superb base for exploring the delights of Norfolk. Set over double garages in the owners' landscaped gardens it boasts shared enjoyment of a heated indoor swimming pool and its own private patio area. Just 3 miles away Wroxham (the 'capital' of the Broads) provides riverside pubs and restaurants as well as boat trips.Lovely sandy beaches at Winterton Cromer's traditional seaside amusements bird reserves fishing and Bewilderwood for family fun are all an easy drive. Medieval Norwich city's cathedral castle fine shops theatre and cinemas are 4 miles. Pub 2 miles shop 1 mile.

"Coachman’s Loft is a wonderfully new and well equipped holiday cottage with a fantastic swimming pool just outside the back door including changing room and showers. What really made this stand out from all other places we have stayed is on arrival we had Afternoon Tea waiting for us which was very unexpected and set the tone for the week. The rooms are spotless and the decor very homely. I would highly recommend Coachman’s Loft to anyone who wishes to have a first class cottage at a very reasonable price. We hope to go back soon."

"This property is set in a secluded location ideal to get away from it all. It is 5 star accommodations that can't be faulted. The hosts are very friendly and provide useful items on arrival such as milk butter scones and cream in addition to frozen chips in the freezer. One can only sum up by saying that this is a superb value for money holiday."
