This charming detached cottage is attractively situated amongst green meadows on a farm in beautiful Glen Cannich, with lovely views to the surrounding hills, fields, valley and woodlands. It has been completely refurbished to provide a warm and well-appointed holiday home. There is a safely enclosed garden with patio, furniture and barbecue for outside living amongst scenic surroundings. All accommodation is on the ground floor.
The cottage is off a quiet country road, 2 miles from the village of Cannich which has a local shop and inn. The area boasts magnificent scenery and natural beauty and offers outstanding outdoor pursuits including walking, climbing, biking, riding and angling. Nearby Glen Affric runs 30 miles into the mountains and is a haven for wildlife with an abundance of rare flora and fauna. Day trips can include Castle Urquhart and the bustling village of Drumnadrochit on the shores of Loch Ness as well as the city of Inverness which has excellent retail and leisure facilities.
