In a delightful rural setting, high above the village, this charming detached cottage enjoys panoramic views over rolling countryside to the Lomond Hills. Very well appointed, all rooms are bright and very comfortably furnished. The large enclosed garden has a patio with furniture and is ideal for outdoor living or children playing. Sitting at the end of a private lane leading up from the village there is a lovely tranquil atmosphere and a true "away from it all" feeling. All accommodation is ground floor.
The village hotel and shop are 1 mile with further facilities 3 miles away in the seaside resort of Leven. All along the East Neuk coastline are picturesque old fishing villages, sandy beaches, sheltered coves, excellent links golf courses and quality restaurants while inland quiet roads run through fertile farmlands and country villages. Walkers have the scenic coastal trail or pretty country paths to enjoy and riding is available at the nearby Balcurvie Riding Centre. St Andrews, Edinburgh, Perth and Stirling are easily accessible for day trips.
