Accommodation
Enjoying panoramic views towards the Firth of Clyde, this detached bungalow is part of a working farm with acres of glorious pastures and woodland on the banks of the tranquil Water of Coyle. The farm actively encourages wildlife and is home to a wide range of mammals and birds. There is a sheltered, enclosed garden where guests can enjoy summer barbecues as they watch magnificent sunsets over the Isle of Arran. The bungalow is very comfortable, cosy and welcoming and is accessed by a private road - children can cycle or play in safety. For guests wishing to bring a horse, stabling and grazing can be arranged.
The village of Coylton (2 miles) has pubs, shops, chemist, games hall and gym. A short drive leads to the delightful town of Ayr with its many golf courses, beaches and extensive shopping. Excellent fishing is available as well as designated cycle routes, horse-riding and scenic walks.
2 double bedrooms (1 with king size bed) and 1 triple-bedded room (cot and high chair available), lounge with open fire and double bed settee, dining room, kitchen, bathroom (shower over bath), extra separate wc.
Cooking by electricity, oil-fired central heating plus open fire. Fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, 2 televisions, video, CD player, piano. Tumble dryer and free internet access available by arrangement at the farmhouse. Bed linen and towels are provided.
