The neighbouring village of Heydon is just 3 miles for a shop and pub. The property is within easy reach of the spectacular unspoilt Norfolk coastline, 10 miles, with excellent sandy beaches, RSPB nature reserves, and coastal path. Six miles away is the historic market town of Holt, featuring shops, banks, cafes, inns and Holt Lowes nature trails and paths. Blakeney Quay, 10 miles, enjoys sailing and boat trips to visit the basking seals and the Blakeney Point NT reserve. The traditional seaside resorts of Cromer, Sheringham and Wells-next-the-Sea offer an array of attractions for all ages and an hour’s drive leads to the Norfolk Broads with daily boat hire and river trips available to explore the expanse of waterways plentiful with wildlife, and many picnic opportunities along river bank.
