Forming part of the owner’s home, yet with a high degree of privacy, it is well-furnished and equipped and offers a warm welcome. Wroxham is just a short drive, where boat trips and boat hire are available. Norwich (5 miles) offers excellent shopping, theatre, castle and museum, whilst Norfolk’s coastline with sandy beaches is within an hour’s drive. Fishing locally, 18-hole golf, ½ mile, and quiet lanes for walking and cycling from the door. Shop and pub 1 mile. Step to entrance. Beamed living/dining room with wood-burning stove and rugs on wooden floor. Kitchen. Twin bedroom. Bathroom with roll-top bath and toilet.
