Built in 1750, this Grade II listed detached cottage has been restored to an exceptional standard and provides an ideal holiday base for exploring this AONB. The original village well lies in the enclosed garden. Kirkham Priory is close by and Castle Howard is just 5 miles away. York is a 20-minute drive and the coastal resorts of Scarborough, Whitby, Robin Hoods Bay and Staithes are easily accessible.
