A beautifully appointed self-contained holiday cottage created from one wing of the owner’s 16th century traditional Devon cross-passage farmhouse. The Dovecot, with original dove holes still remaining in the stone elevations, has been meticulously restored to provide every comfort for family living, and is suitable for disability living - the ground floor being on one single level and slate-tiled with a ramped entrance and wide openings, suitable for wheelchair users. Shop and pub 11/2 miles. Living/dining room with slate floor, French doors and kitchen area with Aga-type range (for cooking, heating) in slate surround. Double bedroom with fully double glazed wall with central door to patio garden. Wet room with safety flooring, toilet. First floor: Galleried landing. Spacious double bedroom/family room with sofa, additional single bed (for +1). Bathroom with over-bath shower, toilet.
