Situated next to the owner’s 15th-century coaching inn in the conservation village of Kettleshulme, this detached period cottage is heavily beamed with oak floors. Conveniently set on the B5470, it has been furnished to a high standard and enjoys its own small raised lawned area. Set in the Peak District National Park near the Goyt Valley, an AONB, there are excellent walks from the door. Lyme Park is just 2 miles, whilst Whaley Bridge, Macclesfield and Buxton are all within 7 miles. Bakewell, Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and Carsington Water are all within an easy drive. Shops 2 miles, pub 10 yards. Living room with multi-fuel burner and French doors to patio. Dining room with small pot-belly stove. Kitchen with range (for cooking) and tiled floor.
