Enjoying a semi-rural location, these delightful well-presented holiday properties are accessed along a quiet lane, on the edge of Barnham village which has a pretty church, plenty of local shops and eateries - the local pub serving food is about 10 minutes’ by foot. Scenic walks can be enjoyed in the area, especially along the disused canal where birds and other wildlife can be observed or in the South Downs National Park, 3 miles. Various beaches can be easily reached: it is just 5 minutes to the nearest beach at Climping, whilst the pebbled and sandy unspoilt beach at West Wittering, or the sandy beach at Bognor, are within about 20 minutes’ drive. Chichester is only 6 miles distant, with its beautiful ornate cathedral, various shops, tearooms, pubs and restaurants. Goodwood and Fontwell nearby. Shop 1 mile, pub 1/2 mile.
