20 acres of meadowland and oak woods, unchanged for 300 years. Attached to the owners’ home, it is very comfortably furnished and boasts stunning countryside views. Just 200 yards away is the River Yealm where fishing is available by arrangement with the owner. Sparkwell Wildlife Park 2 miles. Historic Plymouth with water sports and Aquarium 7 miles. Coast 15 miles. Shop and pub 3 miles. Cosy living room with ‘living-flame’ electric fire in stone fireplace.
