Higher Gitcome is a beautifully appointed detached house of magnificent proportions, ideally suited for a family seeking a quality property for a very special holiday or family get together. Located off a quiet country lane in the heart of the South Hams rural countryside, it is close to the villages of Cornworthy and Dittisham near the wonderful riverside town of Dartmouth which is steeped in naval history. The house itself is approached via a gravel drive and is set in landscaped grounds of over 1 acre. The house is spacious with a light, bright and airy interior décor featuring original modern contemporary paintings by the owner. Each bedroom is themed and most rooms have their own en-suite bathrooms.
