Boasting a large enclosed landscaped garden, it is set in a conservation area on the banks of the mill pool with the River Waveney just 100 yards or so away. The historic market town of Bungay offers a castle, pubs, restaurants and shops within a half-mile walk. Norwich, the Suffolk coast, the Broads and an RSPB sanctuary all about 15 miles.
