Formerly a pair of farm cottages, Bay Cottage and Annexe are situated in a lovely half-acre garden and lie in the Hamlet of Colby Corner, ideally positioned for visiting the Norfolk Broads and nearby coastline. Bay Annexe is a timber-framed, self-contained building on one level with a south facing verandah. The area offers excellent walking, cycling, fishing and the enchanting gardens of the Old Cottage, part of the National Garden Scheme and open to the public all year. Cromer and Norwich within easy reach. Shop 2 miles, pub ¾ mile. Bay Cottage: Beamed living room with pot belly wood-burning stove. Dining room. Well-equipped kitchen with tiled floor.
