This quaint and cosy Victorian fisherman’s cottage provides an ideal family holiday base, and is just a few minutes’ walk from all the attractions this popular Suffolk town has to offer. One of a row, it is located in a beautiful scenic area, and is decorated and furnished to a high standard. It is also just a short stroll to the beach, shops, excellent restaurants and pubs, and from High House (BQP). Snape Maltings, famous for its all year round concerts, is just a 10-minute drive, whilst Southwold, Walberswick, Orford, Dunwich and Woodbridge are all within half and hour’s drive. Slightly further inland are Framlingham, Halesworth, and for the children, Easton Farm Park. Shops and pub 20 yards. Living room with wood-burning stove in Victorian brick fireplace and rugs on wooden floor. Kitchen/dining room with terracotta-tiled floor and door to garden. Cloakroom with toilet. Steep, narrow staircase to first floor: Double bedroom with Victorian fireplace and wooden floor. Bunk bedroom. Single bedroom. Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet.
